Privacy Policy
This is a translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Georgian version prevails.

This document describes what personal data we collect on followhub.ge, what we use it for and what rights you have. The data controller is the operator of the followhub.ge platform (email: support@followhub.ge).
We act in accordance with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.
1. What data we collect
We aim to collect as little as possible. There are no passwords on the platform, and we do not store card details.

The full card number, CVV and expiry date are entered only on the bank's secure page and never reach our servers.
2. What we use the data for

We do not make automated decisions with legal effect for you, and we do not sell your data.
3. Who we share data with
Data is shared only with the partners without whom the service cannot be delivered:
- JSC Bank of Georgia — processing payments and refunds (amount, transaction ID, order number).
- The email delivery service — delivering sign-in links, receipts and notifications (your email address and the message content).
- Partner service suppliers — technical delivery of the order. They receive only the target link and the quantity; your email address and other personal data are not passed to them.
- The hosting and infrastructure provider — storing and processing data.
- TOP.GE (top.ge) — visit statistics (see section 4).
Some partners may be located outside Georgia. In that case the transfer is made with the safeguards required by law.
Data may be disclosed to a public authority only in the cases expressly provided for by law and in the prescribed manner.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use:
- Essential cookies — keeping your session, your language and theme choice, security. The platform cannot work without them and they require no consent.
- A visit counter — the site carries the TOP.GE rating counter. When a page opens, your browser requests a small image from top.ge, passing the page address (never a private order link), the previous page and your screen resolution; top.ge sees your IP address and uses its own cookies to count visits. We use no analytics cookies of our own.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; this may degrade some features.
5. How long we keep data

Once the period expires, the data is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Under the law you have the right to:
- be informed — which data we process, for what purpose, and who we have shared it with;
- receive a copy — of your data;
- rectify — inaccurate or incomplete data;
- erase — where the data is no longer needed and the law does not oblige us to keep it;
- restrict processing — in certain cases;
- withdraw consent — to marketing or any other consent-based processing, at any time;
- complain — to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia (pdps.ge) or to a court.
To exercise a right, write to support@followhub.ge from the email address registered on the platform. We reply within the statutory period — no later than 10 business days.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails through the link at the bottom of any such email.
7. Security
Data is stored on secured servers, transferred only over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, access is restricted, and regular backups are kept. Having no password means that the security of your account depends on the security of your mailbox — we recommend enabling two-factor protection on your email account.
In the event of a data security incident that puts your rights at risk, we will notify you in the manner prescribed by law.
8. Minors
The platform is intended for persons aged 18 or over. If we learn that we have received data from a minor, we will delete it.
9. Changes
The updated version of this policy is published on this page with its "last updated" date. We notify registered users of material changes by email.
