This page explains what we keep when you order on FollowHub, and why.

What we collect

• Your email, to send the order link and to tie your balance to.
• The order link and its details: the public address of the profile or post, the service, quantity and status.
• Payment status: whether an order is paid, the amount and when. We never see card details; only the payment provider Flitt handles them.
• Technical records: your IP address and request logs, for security and fraud prevention.

What we use it for

To deliver the order, to tell you about its status and any refund, to keep your balance, and to prevent abuse. We don't send marketing emails.

Who we share it with

• The provider receives only the public link and the quantity, never your email.
• Flitt processes the payment.
• Resend delivers our emails to your inbox.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, when enabled, checks that an order comes from a person rather than a script.
• The site and its database run on a server in the European Union (Frankfurt).

We don't sell data to anyone.

Cookies

Technical ones only: your language choice and the sign-in session. No advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records for as long as accounting and tax law require. Technical logs for a short time, as security needs.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion (except records the law obliges us to keep). Write from the same address you ordered with; the contacts are here and at the bottom of every page. We act under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.

Security

The connection is encrypted (HTTPS), card details are never stored with us, and sign-in links are single-use.
