Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed on the FollowHub site. Paying for an order means you accept them.

1. What we do

FollowHub is an intermediary: we pass your order (followers, likes, views and similar social media activity) to partner providers and oversee its delivery. We don't represent Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, Facebook or any other platform.

2. Orders

• You give a correct link to a public profile or post. We never ask for a password.
• The profile or post has to stay public from the start of the order until it finishes, with the username and link unchanged.
• We don't recommend a new order of the same service on the same link before the previous one has finished.
• A link to someone else's account may be used only with that person's consent.

3. Price and payment

• Prices are in GEL and shown on the order screen; the final amount is displayed before you confirm the payment and doesn't change afterwards.
• Payment is by Visa or Mastercard through the payment provider Flitt. We never see or store card details.
• An unpaid order closes automatically after one hour.
• Money on your balance, refunds included, is spent on later orders.

4. Delivery

• An order goes to work as soon as the payment lands. Start and completion times depend on the service and aren't guaranteed to the minute.
• The quantity arrives gradually.
• Platforms may remove part of the delivered activity over time. Compensation exists only for services marked with refill in the catalogue, within the period stated in the service description.

5. Refunds

• If the provider can't take the order or cancels it, the full amount returns to your balance automatically.
• For a partial delivery, the value of the undelivered part is returned.
• Returns to the card are made on request.
• There is no refund for an order delivered in full, nor for one that failed because of a wrong link, a private profile, or a username changed during delivery.

6. Account and balance

Registration is optional. Orders and the balance are tied to your email; a password can be set through the link we send there. Keeping that mailbox secure is your responsibility: whoever controls the address can see the orders.

7. Prohibited use

• Promoting illegal, abusive or violent content.
• Targeting someone else's account without their consent.
• Fraud, paying with someone else's card, technical abuse of the service.

Such orders are stopped without a refund.

8. Platform rules and limits of liability

Social networks may restrict artificial growth under their own rules. Using the service is your decision, and consequences for your account are your responsibility. Our liability is in any case limited to the amount paid for the specific order.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. The new version is published on this page and applies to orders placed after publication.
