FAQ

How do I order?

Choose a platform and a package, paste the link to your profile or post, enter your email and pay by card. The order goes to work the moment the payment lands, and a private link to it arrives in your inbox.

Do you need my password?

No, never. A public link is all we need. Anyone asking for a password in FollowHub's name is a scammer.

My profile is private. Will it work?

No. The profile or post has to stay public from the moment the order starts until it finishes. A private profile can't be delivered to, and closing it mid-way may mean the rest never arrives.

How fast does it start?

Most orders within minutes; some services take a few hours. The pace depends on the service, and in the full catalogue the name often says how fast it runs. Large quantities arrive gradually, not all at once.

What if the order can't start?

The money is returned to your balance automatically and an email tells you why. You can spend the balance on another order, or write to us if you'd rather have it back on the card.

Can I cancel?

Before paying, just don't pay: an unpaid order closes itself after an hour. Once paid, the order goes to work immediately and can't normally be cancelled. If the provider stops it on their side, the undelivered part is refunded to your balance.

The followers dropped after a while

Platforms remove some over time; that's normal. Services that come with a refill carry that mark in the catalogue, and for those we top the loss back up if you write within the period stated in the service description. Drops on services without refill aren't compensated.

How do I pay?

By Visa or Mastercard, in GEL. Payments are processed by Flitt, a Georgian payment provider; we never see or store card details.

Do I need an account?

No. Your email is enough: the order link and your balance are tied to it. If you like, set a password on that same address and see all your orders in one place.

How do I check an order's status?

Through the link from the email, or on the track order page with the order code.

Can I run two orders on the same link at once?

Better not. While one order runs, a second order of the same service on the same link may be refused by the provider or the counts may get mixed up. Wait for the first to finish, then place the next.
